Ok. Who am I? To start, my name is Joanna.
I am a: wife, mother of two, part-time worker outside of the home, RPCV
(return Peace Corps Volunteer), planner, controller, organizer. I love
talking on the phone to my sister, mom and aunt. I believe in "me time."
I started to blog on November 3, 2009. Why? As an outlet really. Over the years I have found that blogging is really an online journal of sorts. I am honest on this blog. Some may find me a bit too honest. I have nothing to hide, and I wear my heart on my sleeve, and I like to share stories. This makes for a perfect combination, if you ask me.
Oh, and I am an anxious flyer. Kind of ironic, isn't it?
Thanks for sharing so much! I'm currently flight instructing and have the experience/connections to move to the Regionals, Corporate, or with a few more classes, a host of post-grad medical related fields. Now it's just a wrestling match between me, myself, and I as to what makes the most sense.
ReplyDeleteFamily will always come before a job for me, and it has been so eye opening reading about an airline-pilot family from a wife's perspective. Thanks for having the courage to be open and honest!
