pilots and naps

Steve is the king of naps.

I just called him and, low and behold, he was napping.  I am assuming he is in a hub in the crew room.  He had a 0'dark hundred van this morning, so his little nap is justified. 

But, I tell you what, this guy can nap on demand!  Somehow he has an internal clock that he sets for his wake up.  Without fail, if he tells himself that he will nap for 20 minutes, he will fall asleep in a second and wake up exactly 20 minutes later.

This is a skill, and I am sure most pilots are this way.
